Niki Robinson-Henry is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Faith Logistics
Dispatching Group, LLC, an “SBA certified Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned
Small Business.” specializing in logistics coordination, freight dispatching, and administrative
support services.
Mrs. Robinson-Henry has over 15 years of professional experience in administration, client
relations, staffing and scheduling coordination, and office management. Her career reflects a
strong foundation in organizational efficiency, communication, and workforce management —
skills essential to the success of both private- and public-sector operations.
In 2023, she founded Faith Logistics Dispatching Group, LLC with a mission to deliver reliable,
efficient, and customer-focused dispatching solutions. Under her leadership, the company is
committed to operational excellence, compliance, and service integrity in every partnership.
Mrs. Robinson-Henry is a results-driven leader known for her strategic approach, attention to
detail, and ability to build high-performing teams. She values collaboration, transparency, and
accountability — principles that align with the standards of government contracting and vendor
performance expectations.
A native of a close-knit family, she credits her parents — Mittie Pippins-Key, Eugene
Robinson, Sr., and the late Joe F. Key, Sr. — for instilling the discipline, work ethic, and faith
that drive her professional success. She has been married to her husband and best friend for 26
years, and they are the proud parents of four children.
